Chocolate Porridge


200g blanched hazelnuts

300g Porridge oats

3 tbsp Cocoa powder

zest of an orange

200g Medjool dates


Toast the hazelnuts in a pan, moving them around regularly.

Take the stones out of the dates and add to a food processor/blender.

Add the hazelnuts, orange zest, cocoa powder and 200g of the oats and blitz together.

Add the other 100g of oats, stir together and then pop into a large airtight container.

Should easily last for 2 weeks.
