We’re online and on your smart speaker. For now.
DAB BROADCASTING IS COMING
OFCOM will be announcing DAB radio licences for the Warrington area in 2021, but for now, you can tune into Lymm Radio using your computer, smart speaker and mobile device. Here’s how you can listen:
ALEXA / GOOGLE HOME
For Alexa, say “Alexa, open Lymm Radio”. You may need to download the (free) skill from the Amazon Store first. Find it here.
For Google Home, say “Hey Google, TALK to Lymm Radio Player”. You don’t need a skill for this to work – but please be sure to say “TALK” otherwise it won’t connect.
On our webiste you’ll find our homepage radio player and also a pop-out radio player. If you quickly want to tune in and not intending to navigate away from our home page, use the homepage radio player. To keep listening while surfing, open a new tab.
For most people, launching the “pop out player” will be the best option. This opens a small window with a dedicated radio player that will keep working even when you navigate away from our site.
FACEBOOK / OTHER ONLINE DIRECTORIES
If you’ve liked our Facebook Page you can hit the “USE APP” button to tune in.
We are also listed on RADIO UK.
Also on MY TUNER.
And ONLINE RADIO BOX.
Some of the online directories also offer Android and iOS Apps that you can download for free.
MANUAL SET UP
If you have another device (Hi Fi, Internet Radio Receiver, Car Stereo etc) which doesn’t connect to our directory listings, you can manually programme your device to stream directly.
