Children’s Mental Health Week 2021 took place from 1-7 February 2021. This year’s theme was Express Yourself.

On 3rd February, Lymm resident Dan Gordon joined Smithy on the morning show to talk about his own mental health journey and the challenges he has faced with depression. You can listen again right here:

Debbie Chadwick – Mental Health First Aider
Smithy also caught up with Debbie Chadwick on the morning show. Debbie is a Mental Health First Aider and discussed the issues facing parents and carers, with children and young people being restricted during lockdown.
